Overall
Berry is a tall, powerful, athletic, versatile player, who has been used in the midfield, off half-back and even closer to goal later this year for the North Ballarat Rebels in the TAC Cup.
He is a committed, professional player, who has outstanding leadership qualities, having captained the Rebels and Vic Country this year, when he was on the park at least. Berry has suffered several injuries over the past two seasons, with knee, shoulder and kidney issues keeping him on the sidelines.
However, his injuries have not tempered his hunger and aggression, with the 191cm draft hopeful as tough as they come.
It is unclear what his best position is at this stage, but that will not worry recruiters, with the youngster full of promise and he also possesses a great character and work rate, making him a difficult match-up wherever he plays.
