The 2023 AFL Awards saw several players take home multiple accolades on what was a memorable night for the game's best.
Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli, Port Adelaide's Zak Butters and North Melbourne's Harry Sheezel each featured prominently on the night.
The All-Australian side again saw new players - both young and old - earn their first selections, while a pair of players claimed their fifth selections.
The game's most courageous player, best young player and Rising Star were also presented with awards, among others, on the night.

GWS skipper Toby Greene was named captain of the side, while Marcus Bontempelli was named vice-captain
Collingwood and Port Adelaide have led the way for the 2023 All-Australian side with three selections each, with 15 of the 18 clubs represented in the side.
12 players have earned their All-Australian blazers for the first time, while Tom Stewart and Bontempelli have won their fifth.
At 34 years of age, Taylor Walker earned his maiden All-Australian selection.

After taking out the Best Captain Award, the AFLPA has recognised the Bulldogs star as the most valuable player in the competition.
Bontempelli led the likes of fellow top five nominees Toby Greene, Zak Butters, Christian Petracca and Nick Daicos
Robert Rose Most Courageous Player
Zak Butters - Port Adelaide
The AFLCA Champion Player of the Year has claimed his second award of the night after being voted by the league's players as the most courageous in the game.
The other top nominees for the award included Tiger Liam Baker, Collingwood's Brayden Maynard, Bulldog Tom Liberatore and Melbourne's Jack Viney.
AFLPA Best Captain
Marcus Bontempelli - Western Bulldogs
The Dog skipper has been voted by his peers as the best captain of 2023, edging out contenders in Collingwood's Darcy Moore and Giant Toby Greene.
Bontempelli is in line for a few more awards tonight, including the AFLPA MVP and an All-Australian selection.

Harry Sheezel - North Melbourne
The 2023 Rising Star winner has also taken out the AFLPA Best First-Year Player Award, as vote by his peers.
Lion Will Ashcroft, Carlton's Oliver Hollands, Crow Max Michalanney and Sun Bailey Humphrey were also among the top five.

Kangaroos Harry Sheezel has been voted as the 2023 Rising Star winner after a sensational debut season as a defender for North Melbourne.
Sheezel takes out the award of ex-Sandringham Dragons teammate Will Ashcroft and second-year St Kilda forward Mitch Owens, who finished second and third respectively.
2023 AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year
Zak Butters - Port Adelaide
Butters has enjoyed a breakout year for the Power to help steer Ken Hinkley's side back to the top four.
He polled 109 coaches votes for the year, seven more than Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli. Collingwood's Nick Daicos finished in third with 99 votes.
2023 AFL Coaches Association Best Young Player
The Magpies sensation has taken out the 2023 AFL Coaches Association Best Young Player Award, which is handed down to the best emerging player who is in their second season in the competition.
Daicos has enjoyed one of the greatest second-year seasons the AFL has seen in recent times, averaging 31.25 possessions to be favoured for the 2023 Brownlow Medal.
