2024 expectations
There's only one thing that will keep Lions fans satisfied in 2024, and that's a premiership. After coming so close last year, taking that next step won't come easy but it will be a live chance for the Lions after moving to add free agent Tom Doedee to their list while improving on their core strengths and a few weaknesses within.

Star Player: Lachie Neale
The contested ball winner took home his second Brownlow Medal in 2023, but he'd certainly trade it in for a premiership medallion instead.
Neale was at his best on a consistent basis last season, with his inside hustle, work rate and smart thinking often getting his side first look at possession from midfield.
Working alongside Hugh McCluggage and Josh Dunkley again this year, Neale will be Brisbane's go-to man when the game is on the line.
