Sydney and Brisbane Satellite Brownlow events
The Sydney Swans and the Brisbane Lions will not be travelling to Melbourne for the Brownlow. They will attend events at the SCG and the Gabba.
Carlton's Patrick Cripps and Collingwood's Nick Daicos are clear favourites in the race for the most prestigious individual accolade in the game.
Brisbane's Lachie Neale and Western Bulldogs' Marcus Bontempelli are chances, while Essendon captain Zach Merrett has had a superb year.
Sydney's Isaac Heeney* won't be eligible for the award, given his suspension during the season.
(Votes were given out on a 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 system for each game, meaning the maximum score any player can record in any game is 20.)
The Virgin Australia AFL Mark of the Year and NAB AFL Goal of the Year will also be awarded on the night.
The Jim Stynes Community Award winner will also be announced.
