Adelaide senior coach Matthew Nicks will be forced to sit out his side's clash with Carlton this Sunday afternoon at Marvel Stadium.
Nicks has been placed under the AFL's Health and Safety protocols, making him the sixth AFL coach to encounter such circumstances this season.
At this stage, no other members of the Crows fraternity have been impacted.
Current senior assistant coach Scott Burns will take charge on Sunday.

Burns will be the sixth assistant to lead his team as head coach as a result of Covid-19, after Ash Hansen (Carlton), Jaymie Graham twice (Fremantle), Blake Caracella (Essendon), Brendon Lade (St Kilda) and Adem Yze (Melbourne).
The assistant coaches have not lost a game so far this season as the stand-in head coach, with a record of 6-0.

Adelaide head of football Adam Kelly said the club will be able to overcome to obvious distraction and manage the transition for the weekend.
"Importantly, Matthew is feeling okay, though he is obviously disappointed that he wonโt be with the team on Sunday," Kelly said.
"We have planned for this scenario and remain focussed on delivering a strong performance this weekend."
