We've rated every single Collingwood player's performance in the 2023 AFL Grand Final.

Nathan Murphy - N/A

Murphy was ruled out of the game shortly after quarter-time following a collision with Lion Lincoln McCarthy.

Darcy Moore - 6.5/10

Moore wasn't at his intercepting best on Saturday, though he probably won't mind, as father Peter presents him with the 2023 premiership cup.

Jeremy Howe - 7.5

Howe was busy early on in the contest, managing multiple intercept possessions and playing reliably one-on-one.

Brayden Maynard - 7.5

As we've come to expect, Maynard was physically imposing against Brisbane and played solidly overall. Having been given the starting job on Charlie Cameron, he kept the Lion quiet in the first term before he broke loose as the game went on.

Billy Frampton - 5.0

Frampton could hardly get his hands on the ball in his first-ever final in Saturday's decider, though the negating role he played on Harris Andrews was important through the first three quarters, before the Lions co-skipper had a big final term.

Isaac Quaynor - 8.0

Quaynor, one of the best one-on-one players in the competition, was as reliable as we've come to expect throughout his short career.

Steele Sidebottom - 7.5

The veteran was mostly composed under pressure and also applied valuable defensive efforts.

Scott Pendlebury - 8.0

The ex-skipper didn't have his busiest day at the office but kicked an important goal in the waning moments of the third quarter to put his side back in front. His composure was paramount in the fourth quarter.

Oleg Markov - 6.5

Markov's run and dash wasn't quite on show but did have some nice moments with the ball in hand.

Bobby Hill - 10.0

Kicked Collingwood's second and looked electric early. Took a flying mark in the second quarter and followed that up with a goal; his third of the first half. Kicked his fourth of the first half with a brilliant solo effort against Ryan Lester. Won the Norm after a mesmerising 4.2 effort.

Brody Mihocek - 6.0

Wasn't superb today but he played his role, which is all Craig McRae would've asked.

Jamie Elliott - 6.0

Wasn't prolific today but competed in the air and on the ground as we've come to expect from him each week.

Beau McCreery - 7.5

Showcased his trademark defensive pressure and was also involved in a number of Collingwood offensive movements.

Jordan De Goey - 7.5

Though not at his accumulative best, he was certainly impactful when called upon, particularly when he drilled an imperative fourth-quarter goal to put the Pies back in front after Charlie Cameron saluted moments earlier.

Josh Daicos - 7.0

Not as busy as brother Nick and wasn't overly influential throughout, though when he did have the ball in hand he was composed.

Mason Cox - 6.5

Competed in the air when called upon.

Nick Daicos - 8.5

The father-son prodigy was impactful from the get-go, kicking the game's first major to start Collingwood on the right foot. While facing attention from the Lions both on and off the ball, Daicos picked up possessions throughout the game and weaved in and out of defenders' grasps.

Jack Crisp - 9.0

Kicked a big goal after the siren to cap the second quarter with the Pies in front. Was damaging when he had the ball in his hands and finished fourth in the Norm Smith Medal voting.

Tom Mitchell - 9.5

Superb in-and-under job throughout the entire game, feeding to his midfield partners in crime. His recruitment has been an unequivocal success.

Darcy Cameron - 7.5

Wasn't Cameron's most influential game, though he had a number of positive moments in the ruck against a considerable opponent in McInerney.

Will Hoskin-Elliott - 6.5

Barely sighted during the first half but had a few important defensive moments in the fourth quarter. He didn't appear to be beaten a lot today.

Jack Ginnivan - 5.5

Had an opportunity for a first-half goal but made the head-scratching decision to snap from nearly 40 metres out. Wasn't as impactful as he would've liked to have been.

Patrick Lipinski (sub) - 6.0

Had a few nervy moments after being called into action early following Murphy's early concussion. Had a bit of the ball.
