With clubs finalising their injury lists by Tuesday evening, we'll bring you all the latest news surrounding your club's casualty list ahead of Round 12.
Collingwood's injury pain grows as three more are ruled out for this weekend's clash with the Western Bulldogs, while Port Adelaide will sweat on the availability of their captain.
The Tigers have also provided the latest on a number of sidelined stars and could regain three names for Round 12.
Here's all the latest injury news across the AFL...
Port Adelaide captain Connor Rozee will be given every chance to play in Thursday night's match against Carlton.
Rozee - who was previously battling a hamstring strain - rolled his ankle during the North Melbourne clash, with scans confirming a sprain.
As for Willie Rioli, he will. miss at least two weeks.
Rioli suffered a calf strain, with imaging on Sunday confirming the news.
Injured utility Sam Powell-Pepper has been moved to the club's inactive list.
Powell-Pepper ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in late April and has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
The vacant list spot provides an opportunity for the Power to select a player at the Mid-Season Draft.
Western Bulldogs have confirmed that Aaron Naughton will miss 4-6 weeks with an MCL injury.
Naughton was tackled during the loss to Sydney, with his knee getting caught under his opponent, putting him in a compromising position.
The key forward will be joined by Ed Richards and Anthony Scott on the sidelines, who have both entered concussion protocols.
In good news for the club, defender James O'Donnell returned to training on Monday and is on the mend from his illness and is expected to be available for Friday's clash with Collingwood.
Collingwood is set to be without Mason Cox, Brody Mihocek and Joe Richards for at least a month.
Cox and Mihocek were unable to complete Friday's game against Fremantle while Richards suffered a fourth metatarsal fracture.
Scott Pendlebury was also seen coming out of the hospital following scans on his elbow.
Pendlebury copped a whack on Friday and had it strapped for the remainder of the game.
Star on-baller Jordan De Goey will also miss the next month as scans revealed a tear in his abdomen, despite the club initially confident he'd return much sooner.
Richmond are in line to regain Jack Graham and Rhyan Mansell for this weekend's trip to Geelong.
Graham is looking to overcome a hamstring complaint from Round 10, while Mansell looks set to exit concussion protocols following a head knock from the same game.
Young swingman Jacob Bauer should also be available for selection this week following a recent quad injury.
The Tigers have confirmed midfielder Jacob Hopper will require up to another month on the sidelines as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury.
Richmond remain without Shai Bolton (concussion, 1 week), Tim Taranto (wrist, 1-2 weeks), Tom Lynch (hamstring, 2-3 weeks), Jack Ross (foot, 6-8 weeks), Maurice Rioli (ankle, 6-8 weeks) and Dylan Grimes (back, TBA), among others.
Essendon have lost young midfielder Ben Hobbs for up to three weeks due to a fresh calf strain.
Hobbs is dealing with a minor strain sustained following the club's Round 10 win over North Melbourne and might not return to the side until after the club's upcoming mid-season bye.
His loss comes as fringe onballer Will Setterfield nears a return from a knee injury that has kept him on the sidelines for some time.
Setterfield will need to prove his fitness over the coming days before returning to the field this week for the first time since Round 5.
Darcy Parish (calf), Kaine Baldwin (foot), Xavier Duursma (quad) and Sam Draper (knee) are all close to a month away from returns.
Senior Geelong trio Gary Rohan (adductor), Rhys Stanley (knee) and Jed Bews (ankle) will need to prove their fitness over the coming days to be cleared to play this weekend.
The Cats confirmed all three are in the selection mix, while Patrick Dangerfield (hamstring) and Cam Guthrie (Achilles) are up to a fortnight away from returns also.
“Gaz has been training well so far this week, he will fully train tomorrow (Wednesday) and expect him to be available this weekend,” Geelong Cats Assistant General Manager of Football Brett Johnson said.
“Rhys hurt his medial ligament late last week and will be a test this week, and similarly, Jed has been nursing an ankle injury he sustained in the VFL.
“Both (Patrick and Cameron) are tracking along really well, ‘Danger' is in full training with the team and, as Scotty said in his presser, we expect him to be available for the Sydney game, but we could take a conservative approach there so it could be a week later.
“‘Guth' just had an Achilles issue post the Darwin trip that we are being conservative with, so he is still one to two weeks away.”
Geelong have lost duo Mark Blicavs and Jhye Clark for Round 12 due to suspension.
Hawthorn look set to be without breakout big man Lloyd Meek for this weekend's clash against Adelaide due to an ankle injury.
Meek was hindered by the ailment during Sunday's win over Brisbane but played out the game, shaking off concerns from the interchange to aid his side to another victory.
Scans have now picked up a minor syndesmosis injury for Meek, per AFL Media's Josh Gabelich, placing the former Docker in doubt for this weekend's game at the MCG.
The Hawks are set to have small forward Nick Watson available for selection after the teenager overcame a recent hamstring injury.
Sydney forward Jack Buller isn't expected to play in 2024 after suffering a back issue, with the club deciding to move the fringe tall to their inactive list.
That decision has seen the club open up a list spot for the Mid-Season Draft, where Sydney will have the 14th selection.
Buller is said to have been dealing with a disc injury in his lower back for some time and will now spend a prolonged period out of action.
Young midfielder Angus Sheldrick is also set for an extended period on the sidelines after suffering ligament damage in his ankle.
Sheldrick suffered the injury over the weekend in the VFL and now faced up to 10 weeks out.
The Giants' thrilling win over Geelong has come with a cost as Stephen Coniglio (shoulder) and Harry Perryman (hamstring) face spells on the sidelines.
Coniglio suffered a dislocated shoulder and fortunately won't require surgery, however will spend over a month on the sidelines.
Perryman has sustained a hamstring injury and will miss at least two matches.
“We're pleased with the outcome and plan for Stephen following discussions with the specialist this morning," GWS Head of Medical James Rahme said.
“Stephen is an extremely diligent athlete in his approach to rehab and will attack his rehab with his usual professionalism.
“It's also disappointing for Harry and we look forward to getting him back a couple of weeks after the bye.”
Ruckman Braydon Preuss (hamstring) and defender Jack Buckley (calf) are nearing returns, while young tall Nick Madden is facing an uncertain period on the sidelines after suffering an ankle injury over the weekend.
