The AFL's Match Review Officer has handed down four charges from Sunday's Round 22 action, with two Richmond players and a pair of Western Bulldogs veterans earning the MRO's ire.
Richmond swingman Noah Balta has been fined for tripping St Kilda's Dan Butler in the second quarter of Sunday's game at Marvel Stadium, with the MRO grading Balta's actions as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact.
Balta has been offered a $6250 fine, which can be reduced to $3750 with an early plea.
Tiger Jacob Hopper can walk away with a $1875 fine - lowered from $3125 with an early guilty plea - for making careless contact with an umpire from Sunday's loss.
From Sunday's Twilight game, Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli has received a charge for making careless contact with an umpire also.
The Dogs star has been offered a $3125 fine, which can be reduced to $1875 with an early guilty plea.
Western Bulldogs defender Taylor Duryea has been charged with rough conduct for a first-quarter incident involving Adelaide's Josh Rachele.
The incident has been graded as careless conduct, low impact and high contact, resulting in a fine of $6750.
Duryea can have that penalty reduced to $3750 with an early guilty plea.
No other player was charged from Sunday's action.
