The AFL's Match Review Officer has charged 10 players from Sunday's matches, with Melbourne first-gamer Aidan Johnson handed a suspension for rough conduct.
Johnson can accept or challenge the ban, which resulted from a fourth-term tackle on GWS forward Callum Brown.
The incident in question has been graded as careless conduct, high contact and medium impact, leading to a suspension for Johnson that would see him miss this Sunday's meeting with North Melbourne.
Demons teammate Clayton Oliver was also charged from Sundyay's loss to the Giants, copping a tripping charge on Lachie Whitfield. Oliver can accept a $2000 fine with an early plea.
Elsewhere, St Kilda's Jack Macrae has been charged with two charges of making careless contact with an umpire following incidents from the second and third quarters of Sunday's loss to the Crows at Adelaide Oval.
With early pleas, Macrae can accept a total penalty of $2000.
Lastly, the game between West Coast and Gold Coast on Sunday has seen six players charged, with all of Touk Miller ($1000 fine with early plea), Tim Kelly ($1875), Jack Graham ($1000) and Matt Rowell ($1875) hit with charges and fines for making careless contact with an umpire.
Suns youngster Bailey Humphrey has been charged with striking Eagle Harry Edwards and can accept a fine of $2000 with an early plea.
Teammate Jake Rogers has been charged with tripping Reuben Ginbey in the fourth quarter of the match and can accept a fine of $2000 with an early plea also.
No other players were charged from Sunday's action.
