Sean Darcy played out the remainder of the match, finishing with 12 touches at 48 hit-outs in the 35-point win.
This will significantly assist Petruccelle's case and may warrant a deeper look at Fremantle's handling of the incident, Darcy being shaken up from the immediate impact and clear whiplash.
