St Kilda forward Anthony Caminiti headlines Sunday's MRO sanctions, as the burgeoning Saint has been handed a one-match ban for striking Hawthorn's James Sicily.
Saint Hunter Clark and Hawk Will Day have also been slapped with fines, capping Michael Christian's slate of Sunday charges at three.
Caminiti's strike occurred during the third quarter of St Kilda's Sunday afternoon victory over Hawthorn at Marvel Stadium, as the first-year goalkicker can be seen clipping Sicily high after marking the ball against him. Christian adjudged the incident to be intentional conduct, low impact, and high contact, resulting in the single-game ban.
St Kilda has elected to challenge the MRO's ruling, announcing on Tuesday the club's legal representation will front the Tribunal in an attempt to overrule Christian's decision.
The Tribunal hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at 5:00 PM (AEST).
If St Kilda's Tribunal appearance is unsuccessful, Caminiti will miss this weekend's important bout with Carlton on Sunday at Marvel Stadium.
Clark and Day, meantime, both made careless conduct with an umpire during the first quarter and can each accept $1,000 fines with an early plea.
