The AFL's Match Review Officer has handed down six charges from Friday's semi-final between Port Adelaide and Hawthorn.

Power forward Willie Rioli has been charged with staging for an incident in the third term. He has been offered a $1875 fine, which can be reduced to $1250 with an early guilty plea.

Ruckman Jordon Sweet has been charged with kneeing opponent Lloyd Meek in the second quarter, with the MRO grading the Port Adelaide big man's actions as careless conduct low impact and body contact.

He can have a $7500 fine reduced to $5000 with an early guilty plea.

Power star Zak Butters is one of three players to be charged with careless contact with an umpire. He can accept a $3125 fine with an early guilty plea, or risk a $5000 fine with an unsuccessful challenge.

Teammate Aliir Aliir and Hawk James Worpel can have fines lowered from $1875 down to $1250 with early guilty pleas for the same offence.

Hawthorn's Connor MacDonald can have a $3750 fine lowered to $2500 after receiving a striking charge for a fourth quarter incident on Lachie Jones. That incident was graded as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact.

Port Adelaide duo Jones and Jase Burgoyne have not been charged for second term tackles on Mabior Chol and Dylan Moore respectively.
