West Coast defender Brady Hough has been charged by the AFL's Match Review Officer for tripping Adelaide's Taylor Walker during Sunday's game at Adelaide Oval.
The incident took place in the third term of the Crows' win, with Hough earning the scrutiny of the MRO for his actions on Walker.
The MRO has graded Hough's actions as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact, falling short of a suspension to the Eagles youngster.
Instead, Hough has been fined for tripping and can accept a financial sanction of $3750 with an early plea.
If Hough and West Coast decide to challenge the charge, a fine of $6250 will be handed down if the challenge is unsuccessful.
The club will come to a decision on whether to challenge the charge before Tuesday afternoon.
No other players were cited from Sunday's matches.
