The AFL has revealed the 44-player squad to be selected from for this year's All-Australian team, with Brisbane and Fremantle dominating the selections with a league-best five players represented each.

Harris Andrews, Joe Daniher, Lachie Neale, Cameron Rayner and Dayne Zorko have made the cut for the Lions, while Andrew Brayshaw, Jordan Clark, Luke Ryan, Caleb Serong and Hayden Young have been named from the Dockers.

Minor premiers Sydney have four players selected, level with Carlton, while Essendon, St Kilda and Melbourne have one each.

Adelaide and Richmond are the only two clubs not represented.

Three ruckmen have been selected in the squad, with Max Gawn, Tristan Xerri and Darcy Cameron in the running for the in-demand position.

19 of the 44-man list have not earned an All-Australian selection before, while 10 players in the squad were named in last year's final All-Australian team.
