The 2023 trade period is officially open, with the nine-day exchange window set to see a host of players swap colours ahead of a new season.
All 18 clubs are likely to take part in at least one deal over the week-and-a-half, while some clubs firm as key players in several separate deals.
Free agency opened last Friday and will run for one week, with a trio of deals already over the line.
Below is our 2023 AFL trade guide, covering each club's potential and confirmed ins and outs, trade rumours, draft picks and more.

Fremantle
The Dockers officially lost defender Joel Hamling to Sydney over the weekend, with no compensation coming Fremantle's way despite the WA club tabling a deal to the 30-year-old. Small forward/wingman Liam Henry is also set for the east coast via a move to St Kilda. The Dockers don't have any notable incoming names but could make a move for Gold Coast's Jeremy Sharp either through the trade period or delisted free agency.
