Collingwood big man Mason Cox has received plenty of scrutiny this season after a number of poor performances that have resulted in him being in and out of the side, leading some to believe his time at the Magpies will almost certainly be up come season's end.
Cox, 30, has managed just the seven games this season and is out-of-contract at the completion of this year, with reports suggesting it is unlikely the American will be offered a contract beyond 2021.

But interim coach Robert Harvey has made it clear that his future at the club has not yet been decided, stating whatever happens from here-on-out will depend on how he finishes the season.
“No, there is no writing on the wall,” Harvey said, per The Herald Sun.
“What will be, will be. In the end you earn your right or you don’t. When he plays his best he makes us better and in the end whatever happens, happens.
“You put your hand up and play your role and you get your chance.
“For Mason his feedback has been really clear, his contest and aerial stuff is what we are after and he continues to work on that.
“When he does bring that he makes us better.”
The situation surrounding Cox is a similar case to what the 30-year-old was facing at the Holden Centre, with his form and future being questioned.
Cox had reportedly triggered a pro rata benchmark in his contract last year after 50 matches with the Magpies that triggered a one-year extension to add a fourth term with Collingwood.
In his seven games this season, Cox has kicked eight goals with averages of 9.4 disposals and 3.7 marks per game.
