Collingwood is reportedly in the mix for star Giant Jeremy Cameron, according toย 7 News.
Originally thought to be a two-horse race between GWS and Geelong, the Magpies are believed to be "coming hard late" for the free agent.
With Collingwood already managing a tight salary cap, it could explain gun midfielder Adam Treloar coming up in trade whispers last week, while Jordan De Goey and Brody Mihocek both remain unsigned for 2021.
Signing Cameron could require a drastic shake up, with the forward reportedly being the highest payed AFL player this year.
Strong impression the Giants believe Collingwood has become the third club into Jeremy Cameron, coming hard late. It would explain pies not overpaying De Goey and encouraging Treloar to move. Pies interest isnโt crystal clear

Magpies vice-captain Taylor Adams endorsed the club's pursuit of his former Giants teammate.
โIf weโre lucky weโll have the opportunity to snare him and I hope the club goes all out and does their best to get a player like Jeremy,โ Adams said.
โHeโs a super player, I played alongside him at the Giants and someone like him would really straighten us up in the forward line.โ
Coming off his Coleman Medal 76-goal 2019 campaign, Cameron booted 24 goals this season.
