GWS youngster nominates Bombers
GWS small forward Bobby Hill has requested a trade out of the Giants to go to Victoria, with Essendon his preferred destination.
Hill's partner is pregnant and the couple is hoping to be closer to family. His cousin Brad Hill plays for St Kilda and fellow cousin, Sydney Stack, for Richmond.
Marc McGowan of the Herald Sun is reporting confirmation from Hill's manager today that the GWS goal sneak wishes to play under Ben Rutten next year.

Since the standoff first transpired, the Dockers have been able to bolster their hand for next month's National Draft,ย acquiring Pick 6 from Carlton in the Adam Cerra trade and Picks 19 and 22 from the Suns and Magpies respectively.

Offender-come-defender departs Waverley
Once slated as the next in a long line ofย Hawthornย key forwards, recently converted defender Tim O'Brien has traded Waverley Park for the Whitten Oval on Thursday.
Following an announcement fromย The Herald Sun'sย Jon Ralph, it was revealed that the restricted free agent has made the move across the Westgate Bridge after agreeing to terms on a two-year deal.

Carlton finally land Cerra
The Blues have finally got their man after a deal to seeย Adam Cerraย cross from Cockburn toย Carltonย was finalised on his 22nd birthday.
While several bouts of bartering had taken place in an attempt to lure the Cerra to Princes Park, the Blues relinquished the sixth selection at this year's draft as well as a future third to land the Eastern Ranges product.
Meanwhile, Lewis Young also joined the Blues this week after the Blues gave up the selection they received for the departing Sam Petrevski-Seton.

DONE DEAL: Port swoop on Giants forward
Greater Westernย Sydneyย forwardย Jeremy Finlaysonย has been traded toย Portย Adelaideย in exchange for the Power's future third-round selection.
Reports emerged last month that Finlayson was keen to move to South Australia to best support his young family, with his partner hailing from Port Lincoln.
The future third-round selection will add to theย Giants' draft hand, with Greater Westernย Sydneyย currently holding picks 2, 13, 50, 68 for the 2021 National Draft.
DONE DEAL: Demons sign Saints outcast
St Kildaย midfielderย Luke Dunstanย has exercised his free agency rights and joinedย Melbourne.
Dunstan will join the Demons as an unrestricted free agent after not being offered a new deal by the Saints for the 2022 season.
Compensation for the Saints is unknown and will depend on the details of Dunstan's contract with the Demons, which is believed to be a two-year deal.
Victorian club confirms interest in Stengle
Geelongย have confirmed their interest in delisted Crows forwardย Tyson Stengleย this off-season, with the Cats among several potential suitors for the Woodville-West Torrens forward.
Stengle hasย looked to keep his AFL dream alive, discussing his future with clubs in the days after claiming the SANFL premiership on Sunday.

Collingwoodย have landedย Geelongย tallย Nathan Kreugerย as part of a trade that will see both clubs exchange later draft picks.
Kreuger will venture to the Holden Centre along with Pick 55, with the Cats gaining Pick 41 in return.
The 22-year-old has played two games forย Geelongย since being recruited to Kardinia Park in 2018 after the Cats traded withย Carltonย to land special access to the South Australian spearhead.
