Rising Fremantle mid Andrew Brayshaw has capped a stellar 2022 season, careening home to claim his debut Doig Medal as the Docker's best and fairest player.
Having already been awarded the AFLPA's Most Valuable Player, as well as earning a top-five finish on Brownlow night and an inaugural All-Australian blazer, the 22-year-old powered passed his peers to sit atop the leaderboard by 73 votes.
So strong was his most recent campaign, Brayshaw earned votes in each of Fremantle's fixtures, including 15 or more votes in 10 outings.
The Victorian became the third-youngest Docker to be bestowed the prize, trailing arguably the club's greatest ever players in Matthew Pavlich and Nat Fyfe.
Brayshaw was joined on the podium by defender Brennan Cox and tied pair Alex Pearce and Caleb Serong.
Rebounding backman Brandon Walker was awarded the Dockers' Beacon Award, gifted to Fremantle's Best Young Player.
Small-forward Sam Switkowski was hailed as the Best Clubman at Cockburn following a season in which the mature-aged recruit slotted 11 majors from 14 starts.
