Half Forward: Jack Ziebell (Kangaroos)

The move to Ziebell up forward has proved to be a great one by Roos coach Brad Scott and Ziebell kicked five goals and had 22 disposals and combined well with Ben Brown by combining for nine goals between the two of them.

Centre Half Forward: Lance Franklin (Sydney)

Franklin was terrific for the Swans and combined well with Ronke up forward, kicking eight goals between them in their six point win over the Roos. ‘Buddy’ finished with three goals and 19 disposals and was back to his best.

Half Forward: Tom Lynch (Adelaide)

Lynch was best on ground in Adelaide’s gutsy 15-point victory over the Cats on Thursday night. The running machine finished with four goals and also had a game high 11 score involvements and 22 disposals and showed why the Crows are a different side with Lynch at his best.

Forward Pocket: Ben Ronke (Sydney)

Ronke is having a fantastic first year at the Swans and this continued on Sunday by playing a big part in their thrilling six-point win over the Roos. Ronke finished with five goals and 16 disposals and was a live-wire up forward for Sydney.

Full Forward: Patrick Dangerfield (Geelong)

The 2016 Brownlow Medallist was superb for the Cats in their 15-point loss to his former side the Adelaide Crows on Thursday night. ‘Danger’ finished with 33 disposals, five marks, laid ten tackles and kicked 3.3.

Forward Pocket: Jesse Hogan (Melbourne)

Hogan was integral in the Dees' big win over the Western Bulldogs on Saturday. The Western Australian finished with four goals, 18 disposals and nine marks to be high amongst the best players in their 50 point win over the Dogs.
