Following today's news that large portions of New South Wales have entered into a two-week lockdown period to halt the spread of COVID across the state, the AFL have released their updated Round 16 fixture.
The Suns and Tigers are set to kick off the altered allotment of games on Thursday night at Metricon Stadium, with Geelong and Essendon doing battle at GMHBA Stadium the following night.
Saturday starts with Melbourne hosting GWS at the MCG, before the Crows and Lions face off at the Adelaide Oval in the late afternoon fixture.
That night, Hawthorn will host Port Adelaide at Marvel Stadium in what is set to be Shaun Burgoyne's 400th game, whilst the Dockers and Blues will meet in the West.
Sunday sees Sydney asked to play a home game at Kardinia Park against West Coast and the Magpies clashing with the Saints at the MCG, all before the weekend is rounded out at Docklands, with the Dogs and Roos meeting in a Good Friday re-match.
