Jordan De Goey has pleaded not guilty to charges of forcible touching and assault in New York City.
De Goey and friend Luke Dyson were taken into custody after it was alleged that they groped a woman in a New York club before Dyson assaulted a man with a glass bottle and the pair then punched and kicked him.
Jordan De Goey has been released from custody. Pleaded not guilty to charges in last 30mins.

Channel 7ย reporter Mitch Cleary is reporting that De Goey has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been released on bail with conditions.
Cleary is reporting that De Goey is required to check-in via phone once a week with De Goey required to appear before the court on December 8.
AFL clubs are set to return to training on December 6th with it not yet known whether De Goey will remain in the United States or fly back to Australia.
The NYPD has since released a statement detailing the accusations made against De Goey.

As reported byย The Age,ย the statement reveals the extent of the accusations made.
Police alleged De Goey โgrabbed buttocks and vagina outside clothing without permission or authority to do so of a 35-year-old femaleโ. The accusations also state that De Goey is to have โpunched with a closed fist and kicked a 37-year-old male causing pain and swellingโ.
De Goey has been stood down by Collingwood who released a statement on Sunday afternoon.
"Collingwood today stood Jordan De Goey down from its AFL program indefinitely," the statement said.

"The club will continue to pay De Goey under the terms of his contract until such time as an outcome to proceedings against him in the United States is reached or a more complete account of events is established.
"In the interim, De Goey will not be permitted to train or play with Collingwood or make use of club resources, staff or facilities.
"Collingwood is deeply disappointed by reports and events of the last 48 hours involving De Goey in the US. Given the circumstances, the club believes it is appropriate to remove him from the AFL program.
"Collingwood has been in contact with De Goey and his management today and has explained to both its decision."
The AFL supported Collingwood's decision and released a statement of their own.
"The AFL endorses the Collingwood Football Clubโs decision to stand down player Jordan De Goey after he was arrested and charged overnight in New York," the league's statement detailed.
"Collingwood has kept the AFL informed over the course of the day and the AFLโs Integrity Team will continue to work with the Club in regard to the incident."
