Port Adelaide forward Lindsay Thomas has been referred directly to the Tribunal by Match Review Officer Michael Christian.
Thomas was reported on Saturday night after a late bump on Scott Selwood left the Cat concussed. Selwood did not return to the game.

Thomas and Geelong captain Joel Selwood can also accept one-match sanctions for striking each other during Saturday night's clash.

Hawthorn's James Sicily has also been referred straight to the Tribunal, for serious misconduct with North Melbourne midfielder Shaun Atley. No early plea available.

North Melbourne's Cameron Zurhaar can accept a $2000 sanction for rough conduct on Hawthorn's David Mirra.

Geelong's Patrick Dangerfield can accept a $2000 fine for rough conduct on Port Adelaide's Justin Westhoff.
Gold Coast pair Jesse Lonergan ($2000) and Touk Miller ($1500) can accept fines for incidents during their clash with Brisbane on Sunday.
North Melbourne's Majak Daw can receive a $1500 sanction for misconduct against Hawk Daniel Howe.
Selwood and Hawthorn's James Cousins can also accept $1000 sanctions for separate incidents over the weekend.
