Gold Coast Suns set to acquire two-time premiership Tiger Brandon Ellis.
The Suns have lodged the first papework of this year's exchange period, making an offer to him as a restricted free agent.
Richmond now have three days to decide whether to match the offer.
It is believed that the offer is worth $3 million over five years.
