West Coast midfielder Andrew Gaff will not play again in 2018, after the Tribunal handed the star Eagle an eight-match ban.
During the third quarter of West Coast's win over Fremantle on Sunday, Gaff punched Dockers youngster Andrew Brayshaw in the face, and subsequently broke his jaw.

Brayshaw also had three lower teeth displaced, and can not eat solid foods for the next month.
The incident was referred directly to the Tribunal by match review officer Michael Christian, after being assessed as intentional conduct with severe impact to the head.
Gaff now won't be available until early next season.
