Brendon Goddard has re-ordered the AFL Rising Star top 10 from 2015 - which was won by former Demon Jesse Hogan.

Hogan was this week traded from Fremantle to GWS for Pick 54 in one of the biggest fall from graces in recent memory.

Below is the rest of the top 10 of the 2015 Rising Star.

Original 2015 Rising Star top 10

  1. Jesse Hogan (Melbourne) - 49 votes
  2. Patrick Cripps (Carlton) - 41 votes
  3. Dom Sheed (West Coast) - 27 votes
  4. Isaac Heeney (Sydney) - 12 votes
  5. Angus Brayshaw (Melbourne) - 8 votes
  6. Touk Miller (Gold Coast) - 6 votes
  7. Adam Saad (Gold Coast) - 3 votes
  8. Jake Lever (Adelaide) - 2 votes
  9. Jordan De Goey (Collingwood) - 1 vote
  10. Jackson Thurlow (Sydney) - 1 vote

Despite receiving a vote for the award, players like Harris Andrews, Charlie Cameron and Orazio Fantasia were ineligible for this as it's a re-order and doesn't include others outside the initial top 10.

In Goddard's re-order, Patrick Cripps came out on top, while the winner Jesse Hogan, dropped down significantly in the rankings.

“Number one is quite obvious, Patrick Cripps,” Goddard told AFL Trade Radio.

Goddard also put the likes of Touk Miller and Jake Lever a touch higher in the re-order, even ahead of Collingwood's Jordan De Goey.

“Miller based on consistency (is ahead of De Goey). On potential, De Goey’s in that top three bracket, but there’s a performance element here. I want results. Teammates want consistent results,” Goddard said.
