Carlton coach Michael Voss has confirmed the returns of some key stars ahead of the Blues' clash with Collingwood on Friday night.

Voss confirmed that both Patrick Cripps and Adam Cerra are amongst the key names returning.

โ€œ[Cripps] is right to go. He'll take his position in the team, which is good news,โ€ said the Blues coach.ย

โ€œWe had to have some patience with it, but he's done all the work. He's followed all of what he's needed to do. He had important milestones to meet during the week, which he's met: there's no point holding him back, he's ready to go.

โ€œ[Cerra] got through everything."

Additionally, Jack Martin is set to return after training away from the main group.

"They're all good to go", said Voss.

Blues ruckman Marc Pittonet is also confirmed to play on Friday night after making his return through the VFL last week.

"(Pittonet) will come into the side so that probably speaks to what we do with Tom (De Koning)," Voss said.

"Probably more for "Pitto" was how did he get through the game and did he pull up okay. He performed really strongly and is a bit of an automatic for us in the team".

The Blues look to extend their winning streak to six on the trot as they prepare for Collingwood in a huge Friday night clash at 7:50 pm AEST.
