Carlton skipper Patrick Cripps and the Blues will challenge the MRO's charge two-match ban for rough conduct at the AFL Tribunal.
Cripps' bump on Brisbane's Callum Ah Chee was deemed careless conduct, high contact and high impact, resulting in a two-match ban, placing his Brownlow chances and Carlton's finals in some doubt.
The incident in question occurred in the opening half of Sunday's match between the Lions and Blues, with Ah Chee left concussed following the bump.
Should the punishment remain, Cripps will miss his side's final two games of the home and away season against Melbourne and Collingwood.
Meanwhile, West Coast's Tim Kelly will also challenge his rough conduct (dangerous tackle) charge on Adelaide's Sam Berry in the third quarter of Sunday's clash.
Kelly was handed a one-game suspension for the incident, which was graded by the MRO as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact.
An upheld suspension would see Kelly miss this Saturday's matchup with arch-rivals Fremantle.
Lastly, Swan Callum Mills and Roo Curtis Taylor can accept $1000 fines for Wrestling charges from Sunday's match at Marvel Stadium.
