Collingwood
Despite a stellar season by his younger brother, Collingwood winger Josh Daicos has claimed best and fairest honours in a premiership year, winning the 2023 Copeland Trophy on Friday night.
Having featured in all of the Pies' 27 games throughout the year, Daicos took out the gong with 301 votes, adding his first club championship to his debut All-Australian blazer earned last month.
Nipping at Josh's heels were brother Nick and hard-nosed defender Brayden Maynard, with the duo sharing second place with 287 votes apiece.
Brownlow medalist Tom Mitchell (283) and the ever-consistent Scott Pendlebury rounded out what was a star-studded top five.
For the fifth consecutive season, uber reliable forward Brody Mihoceck claimed Collingwood's goalkicking award after banging through a career-high 47 goals on the year.
