Former Hawthorn-listed player Joshua Bennetts has signed with Collingwood's VFL outfit for 2025.
Bennetts was drafted through the Hawks' Next Generation Academy (NGA) as a Category B Rookie in 2022 but failed to debut before being delisted in October.
The 20-year-old impressed for Box Hill over the past two seasons, playing 33 games for a return of 29 goals, whilst averaging 14.8 disposals, 4.4 marks and 1.9 tackles.
Fellow Box Hill Hawks talent Josh Tovey has also made the switch from the brown and gold to the black and white.
Collingwood's biggest signing has been former North Melbourne player Curtis Taylor, who is still hopeful of an AFL recall.
Ex-Fremantle player Brady Grey has also been signed by the Pies, taking up a spot in the organisation's office as the new Indigenous player development manager on top of his playing duties.
Delisted Magpie Josh Eyre's younger brother, Ryan is also a welcome addition to the club.
The Pies had a disappointing 2024 season, finishing 20th and winning just four games.
