The 200cm big man was drafted to the Pies with Pick 51 in the 2016 Rookie Draft.
After an up and down month, Collingwood got their season back on track with a 24-point win over the Blues last Sunday.
Nathan Buckley's side now sits sixth on the ladder at 8-1-5 but with a bye to come.
The Magpies and Lions go head-to-head at the Gabba on Friday night at 7.50pm AEST.
