A Carlton forward has undergone a medical with a WA club, while the Crows have confirmed a wantaway Demon's desire to land at Adelaide.

Suns gun set to fetch monster rival offers

One unnamed Victorian club is reportedly prepared to offer Gold Coast's Mac Andrew an eight-year deal valued at close to $1.5 million per season should he remain unsigned beyond next year.

Andrew is tipped to be one of the most in-demand stars next year as his contract nears its expiry, with the Suns to do everything they can to retain the athletic key position swingman.

Collingwood join race for contracted All-Australian

The reigning premiers are said to have joined Carlton and St Kilda in showing an interest in Port Adelaide defender Dan Houston.

Houston recently affirmed his desire to remain at Alberton Oval beyond this year after reports emerged he was looking to return to his home state of Victoria.

Despite his recent comments, the Magpies are showing an interest in the All-Australian as clubs look to convince Houston to seek a move east.

Carlton forward undergoes Dockers medical

Off-contract Blues attacker Jack Martin has reportedly undergone a medical with Fremantle as he weighs up a move back to Western Australia.

Martin has been linked to the Dockers, who have shown an interest in the Carlton small forward as he faces an uncertain future.

GWS midfielder gains another suitor in Dogs

In-demand Giants midfielder James Peatling is said to have another keen rival in the Western Bulldogs.

Peatling, who is unsigned for next season, has gained reported interest from West Coast, St Kilda, Melbourne and Collingwood this year, with the Dogs joining the chasing pack.

7 News'ย Mitch Cleary has revealed the Dogs are keen to add Peatling to their engine room, which is expected to lose Bailey Smith via next month's trade period.

Swans set sights on recently renewed Bombers veteran

Sydney have reportedly emerged as a club interested in Essendon livewire Jake Stringer.

Stringer reached a contract trigger with the Bombers for 2025 but is said to be keen on extending his ties at Tullamarine for another year at least.

The situation has led to external interest in the former Bulldogs forward, with Sydney showing some interest in the veteran attacker, perย AFL.com.au'sย Damian Barrett.

Cut Bomber could earn lifeline

Delisted Essendon defender Kaine Baldwin is expected to train with the Bombers this summer despite not being offered a new deal for the 2025 season.

Should Baldwin not be picked up by another club via delisted free agency or through the draft windows, Essendon are likely to hand the South Australian a training spot and another chance to prove his value in the red and black.

A successful pre-season could see Baldwin re-join the Bombers via the Supplemental Selection Period.

Swans veteran talks future, Roos interestย 

Sydney veteran Luke Parker has spoken on his future amid expected interest from North Melbourne.

Parker, who is contracted for next year, is said to be open to exploring his options this off-season after an up-and-down year for the champion midfielder.

Questioned on his future and the Roos' links, Parker said "It'd be weird" to leave Sydney after a decorated career in the red and white.

Eagles reportedly open to parting with Pick 3

West Coast are tipped to be open to putting their first-round pick for this year's draft on the table as the club weighs up avenues to attain Richmond gun Liam Baker.

While Baker won't be worth Pick 3, the Eagles could split that selection to find the needed pick to satisfy West Coast in a trade deal.

News Corpย have reported that the Eagles are open to exploring ways to land Baker, meaning Pick 3 could be on offer to rivals.

Giants not ruling out move for Crows forward

GWS have not ruled out another play for Adelaide tall Elliott Himmelberg 12 months after the Giants missed out on the Crows swingman.

Himmelberg was tied to the New South Wales side last year before a deal fell through, with Huimmelbe g a free agent this year and a strong chance to depart.

The Giants might not be a landing spot for Himmelberg, but the Giants haven't ruled out a move depending on where Himmelberg's future lies.

In-demand Crow set to turn back on rival interest

Collingwood target Mark Keane is expected to remain with Adelaide on a multi-year extension.

Keane has a year to run on his deal with the Crows but had fetched interest from his former club as the Magpies hope to bolster their backline.

GWS swingman gaining interest

Melbourne are said to be among the clubs showing interest in contracted GWS tall Wade Derksen.

Derksen is yet to feature at AFL level in over two years with the club despite showing consistent and strong form at VFL level as either a forward or defensive option.

His situation has reportedly led to clubs expressing an interest in his signature, with the Demons among the sides keen on the former Peel Thunder star, perย News Corp.ย

Crows confirm Neal-Bullen trade request

Adelaide have confirmed departing Melbourne forward Alex Neal-Bullan has elected the Crows as his preferred landing spot.

Neal-Bullen has requested a trade to South Australia for family reasons, with a decision from the premiership Demon now made on his desired club.

A deal between the Demons and Crows will now come in the trade period, which opens on October 7.
