Collingwood have finalised their coaching cohort for the 2025 AFL season, with senior coach Craig McRae to be supported by as many as eight key staff members.

The Magpies confirmed the return of premiership Bulldog and Fremantle assistant Matthew Boyd in September, with the 42-year-old venturing back to Olympic Park after leaving Collingwood for the Dockers four years ago.

Boyd will share responsibility for McRae's midfield unit alongside senior assistant Hayden Skipworth, who has retained his dual role.

Scott Selwood has also held his role as the Magpies' forward line coach, with Jordan Roughead appointed as the backline coach for 2025.

Collingwood have further support from their development and VFL coaching staff, with ex-Adelaide defender Andy Otten named as coach of the Magpies' reserves.

Former VFL coach Josh Fraser will take the head of development role, with Neville Jetta and Chloe McMillan named as development coaches.

Collingwood's 2025 season gets underway with a trip to face GWS at Engie Stadium on Sunday, March 9 before returning to Melbourne for a clash with Port Adelaide at the MCG six days later.
