Richmond has confirmed that former captain Trent Cotchinย will not play against the Eagles this weekend.
Cotchin will be managed by the club whilst he experiences general soreness.
Cotchin has played every game so far this season for Richmond, who currently sit 16th on the ladder.

In good news for the Tigers, Damien Hardwick confirmed that Dion Prestia returns from soreness, whilst Jack Graham is in the mix to return from a hamstring injury.
Richmond will play the 17th-placed West Coast Eagles at the MCG on Saturday at 1:10 pm (AEST).
The Tigers will confirm their 22-man side for the game at 6:20pm tonight.
