Adelaide has confirmed midfielder Cam Ellis-Yolmen will leave the club via free agency during the upcoming free agency period.

Ellis-Yolmen has been with the Crows for the past eight seasons, playing 39 games for the club.

According to AFL.com.au, Ellis-Yolmen is set to join the Lions on a long-term deal.

Cam Ellis-Yolmenย has decided to pursue his rights as an unrestricted free agent and will leave Adelaide after eight years.

Ellis-Yolmen managed 39 AFL games, mainly as a midfielder, and held a rookie contract in 2019.

Crows General Manager List Management and Strategy Justin Reid thanked the 26-year-old for his contribution.

โ€œCam has been a valued member of our playing group and has shown great resilience to overcome his share of injuries,โ€ Reid said.

โ€œWe wish him every success in the next stage of his football journey and he will always be part of the Crows family.โ€

The AFLโ€™s free agency period commences on Friday October 4.
