Delisted Essendon midfielder David Zaharakis has joined Northern Football Netball League club Bundoora for the 2022 season.
The 31-year-old joins former Western Bulldogs and Richmond forward Sam Lloyd at Yulong Reserve next year, with the Bulls having previously been home to former AFL players Cameron Cloke, Gary Moorcroft and Ricky Dyson.
Bundoora announced the signing of Zaharakis on Monday, stating their excitement to have the 226-game Bomber joining the club.

"To all members, partners and supporters the Bundoora Football Club would like to welcome David Zaharakis to Bundoora for the 2022 season," the club announcement reads.
"After a brilliant career at Essendon playing 226 games, winning the 2011 Crichton Medal and 2013 Anzac Day Medal we are extremely excited to have Dave and his family involved at the bullring.
"Dave is excited to be able to help the group both on and off the field to help us build on what was a positive year for the club."
Zaharakis is the latest ex-AFL player to venture to the NFNL this off-season, with Whittlesea signing Jarrad Waite and Corey Wagner for 2022, while retired Dog Lin Jong has linked up with Montmorency.
The bevy of top-flight names will be a major boost to the NFNL next season, with local footy looking to make a full return in 2022 following cancelled campaigns across the past two years.
