The Demons have revealed a return-to-play update on superstar midfielder Clayton Oliver, who remains sidelined due to a plaguing hamstring injury.
Oliver has been on the sidelines since Melbourne's Round 10 loss to Port Adelaide, as he continues to nurse a burdensome soft-tissue ailment.
On Tuesday evening, the Demons shared the latest update on Oliver's return-to-play schedule, revealing he is 2-3 weeks away from a potential senior return.
Demons High-Performance Manager Selwyn Griffith discussed the latest on Oliver's recovery.
"Clayton is progressing really well, he'll integrate into full training," Griffith said on Tuesday.
"He's unlikely to be available this week but some really positive steps for him on his return to performance."
In other Demons injury news, Tom Sparrow is inching towards a return, with the midfielder a test to play against the Roos this weekend.
