Melbourne star Jack Viney has pleaded for the return of a stolen luxury Volkswagen.
Viney took to his Instagram story to plead with the public to help him locate the vehicle.
The Demons vice-captain posted a photo of the car with the caption "“(I) thought I’d be waking up happier today."
“Please keep an eye out," Viney asked.
The car was taken in the early hours of Sunday morning only hours after the undefeated Demons won their sixth straight game to open the season, beating Richmond at the MCG.

The Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit are investigating two thefts in the Brighton area - the thieves also got their hands on personal possessions during the spree.
The other car reported as stolen is a grey Mercedes convertible.
The car Viney asked for the return of isn't his own and is described as a black VW Tiguan with registration of AYI 932.
