Fremantle will further monitor small forward Sam Switkowski following a head knock concern from Saturday's clash against the Indigenous All Stars, while Dockers defender Brandon Walker came away from the 43-point loss with a broken nose.
Coach Justin Longmuit was unable to confirm whether Switkowski had entered concussion protocols - which would keep the 28-year-old out of action for the following 12 days.
That period does not include Fremantle's second and final pre-season clash against Melbourne, which is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at Rushton Park.
The Dockers will take a cautious approach with Switkowski's concern, with Longmuir flagging post-game that the late stages of the club's preparations for the campaign ahead isn't a time for risk-taking.
Outside of Switkowski's collision - which resulted from some friendly fire in the opening term of the showcase game at Optus Stadium - and Walker's hit to the nose, the Dockers came out of the tune-up relatively unscathed.
"At this time of the year you don't take any risks," Longmuir said.
"We had plenty of guys who could come into the game (for Switkowski). There's always a concern (with concussion), every time I saw him on the bench and asked how he was going he pushed me away and said he was fine.
"Other than him, Brandon Walker broke his nose and a few guys had cramp late into the game."
The Dockers have also taken a cautious approach with veteran defender Luke Ryan, who is still dealing with the aftermath of a crunching marking collision at training and did not feature in this weekend's game.
Fremantle's injury concerns also include veteran Nat Fyfe (knee) and ruckman Sean Darcy (ankle), with the latter now unlikely to return until at least Round 3 of the home and away season.
Star duo Alex Pearce (ankle) and Hayden Young (hamstring) are expected to suit up in Fremantle's Community Series clash against the Demons in Mandurah early next month.
