Logue is set to bolster North Melbourne's backline stocks, adding to the likes of Ben McKay and Aidan Corr in the Arden Street rearguard.
Tucker is set to add width to the Roos' engine room, having predominately played as a winger/flanker across his 108 games in purple.
The pair are among several Dockers players seeking new homes, with Blake Acres joining Carlton, while tall duo Rory Lobb and Lloyd Meek are also seeking moves to Victoria.
