West Coast star Harley Reid will be on a modified training program leading up to Christmas as he tends to a minor leg issue.

Reid, along with Tom Cole and Harvey Johnston, will be on light duties as the Eagles ramp up its pre-season loads ahead of the 2025 season.

West Coast General Manager Football Gavin Bell gave an update on the trio.

"Harley has disrupted some scar tissue from an old lower-leg injury, so he will be in an off-legs program for the next few sessions," Bell said.

Reid had also spent a few sessions on the sidelines following a knock to the head at training earlier this month.

"Tom's surgery went well, and he will be focusing on his cardio program before resuming contact training.

"Harvey injured his elbow recently and is being managed from contact training, but he is completing his aerobic program with typical enthusiasm."
