St Kilda coach Alan Richardson will lead his team into battle against a scary-looking West Coast Eagles team this weekend and to some, it looks like certain defeat.
If this is the case, Richardson will drop to one of the single worst AFL coaching records ever over the first 100 games, tallying 34 wins over his first century of experience, tied with former Fitzroy and Adelaide coach Robert Shaw.
While it's Richardson's milestone coming up, there are some other terrible performers over their career who have not yet hit the 100 game mark, Brisbane's Chris Fagan and Gold Coast's Stuart Dew are on pace to eclipse Shaw's worst-of-all-time record if they keep up the trend over their small sample of games.
Meanwhile, the most consistent career record goes to the man at the head of the Cattery, Chris Scott who boasts a 70 percent winning rate, the best in the AFL.
