The 2024 AFL Draft and list management period has concluded, leaving most clubs with their rosters largely finalised for the 2025 season. Here's a breakdown of each team's list changes, covering trades, free agents, draft picks, and delistings:

Adelaide Crows

The Crows bolstered their defensive stocks with Isaac Cumming while securing midfield support with Neal-Bullen. Sid Draper and father-son pick Tyler Welsh provide exciting young talent, but Rory Sloane's retirement marks the end of a decorated career.

Brisbane Lions

Carlton Blues

The Blues brought in two Camporeale brothers through father-son rules and secured top-tier midfielder Jagga Smith with pick No.3. Nick Haynes adds experience to their backline, while a host of delistings signals a reset of sorts.

Collingwood Magpies

Collingwood brought in experienced reinforcements with Houston and Perryman, while Membrey offers flexibility in attack. The loss of John Noble and the retirement of Nathan Murphy leaves some gaps in their structure.

Essendon Bombers

The Bombers leaned heavily on draft and Academy talent, bringing in Isaac Kako as a potential game-changer. Dyson Heppell's retirement ends a long and storied captaincy, and the departure of Stringer signals a shift in their forward setup.

Fremantle Dockers

Geelong Cats

Gold Coast Suns

Hawthorn Hawks

Melbourne Demons

The Demons brought in high-end draft talent while farewelling veterans like Neal-Bullen and Brown. The addition of Harry Sharp adds pace and endurance to their midfield.

North Melbourne Kangaroos

Port Adelaide Power

Richmond Tigers

Richmond begins a new chapter after losing a host of premiership stars, headlined by Martin and Grimes, but they gained a plethora of elite young talent, including No.1 pick Sam Lalor.

St Kilda Saints
