We are now 16 Round into a 2021 season that has produced plenty of surprises and upsets.
Whilst several teams have shot their way up the ladder, we want to look at the players who have been driving this success.
Now that we have a big enough body of work, it's time to laud the performances of the players who have been each club's biggest improvers.
As always, let us know who we have overrated and who we have snubbed.
Geelong
Gary Rohan
Geelong's ageing list makes it harder to find big improvers in 2021; most of them are already proven.
Cameron Guthrie has taken his game to new heights after being selected in the All-Australian team in 2020. Now a prolific ball-winner, he is averaging nearly 30 touches a game.

Defender Jack Henry has also become a vital part of Geelong's premiership aspirations this year, showing reliability in the air and with the ball.
But it's Gary Rohan's season that has been most surprising with the speedy red-head in career-best form.
Rohan has seemed far more comfortable playing in a 'third string' offensive role alongside Tom Hawkins and Jeremy Cameron this year and is well and truly reaping the rewards.
As well as averaging career-highs for disposals and marks, Rohan has already kicked 24 goals, only one goal shy of his previous best.
