Former Sydney listed forward Hugo Hall-Kahan has moved VFL clubs for the 2025 season, swapping Sandringham for Williamstown.

The venture to DSV Stadium comes a year on from his Swans departure, with the 21-year-old delisted by the New South Wales side after 18 months in the red and white.

Hall-Kahan was recruited to Sydney out of the Sandringham Dragons amid a promising 2022 campaign, with the Swans selecting the promising forward via that year's Mid-Season Draft.

The East Sandringham junior kicked 29 goals across his 30 games in the VFL during his time on Sydney's list, falling short of an AFL debut.

The young forward returned home for 2024 by signing with the Zebras, adding a further 17 VFL games and 14 goals to his career tally this year.

He will now don the blue and gold in 2025, with Hall-Kahan unveiled as the Seagulls' latest signing.

"The Williamstown Football Club has announced the signing of 188cm forward, Hugo Hall-Kahan," a club statement read.

"The dynamic 21-year-old, who spent season 2024 with the Sandringham Zebras, is set to bolster the Seagull's VFL list for the upcoming season.

"We look forward to introducing Hugo Hall-Kahan to the Seagull family when we return to pre-season later in the month."

The signing of Hall-Kahan comes after Williamstown lost star forward Corey Ellison to Frankston in the wake of his 30-goal season.

The Seagulls finished eighth on the VFL ladder in 2024, recording 11 wins from their 18 home and away season games before bowing out of the premiership race via a semi-final loss to Brisbane.
