Former West Coast midfielder Connor West has called time on his WAFL career, with the 25-year-old landing at the local level for the year ahead.
West spent the past 12 months back at West Perth following his Eagles departure, having been delisted at the end of the 2023 AFL season.
The 2021 Mid-Season Draft addition played 28 games for the Eagles across his three seasons in the top flight, half of which came in his second year at West Coast.
A career-best performance came that same season when West recorded 29 disposals, seven tackles, eight inside 50s and five clearances in a loss against Melbourne.
West returned to West Perth for the 2024 WAFL season and played 15 games at the state league level as the Falcons managed an eight-placed finish - avoiding the wooden spoon on percentage.
The defensive-minded midfielder is now set to make the move to Perth Football League outfit Scarborough for the 2025 season, having decided to end his time in the WAFL.
"Connor West has announced his retirement from WAFL football," A Falcons post read. "Connor, we have loved you being part of our falcon family and
"We wish you all the best at Scarborough Football Club in season 2025 under the coaching of another favourite son Aidan Lynch."
Scarborough managed five wins from 18 games last season, finishing eighth on the ladder.
Fixture details for the 2025 PFL are yet to be announced.
