A footy fan - most likely of the Collingwood variety - took some time out of their week to use the AFL Grand Final as the perfect time to remind Sydney forward Tom Papley of just how his side booked their spot in the season decider.
The Swans have been an impressive outfit this September, currently sitting on an unbeaten run of nine games after notching up wins over Melbourne and Collingwood in the post-season.
Their thrilling one-point preliminary final win over the Magpies didn't come without controversy, with Papley and Collingwood defender Darcy Moore involved in a contentious call in the dying stages of the final.
A mark was paid to Papley, who slotted the match-winning goal to steer his side into the Grand Final, while many Magpies fans were left questioning the call given Papley's contact with Moore under the ball.
Almost a week on from the incident and Sydney's stunning win over Collingwood, Papley still hasn't been able to dodge the ongoing attention that has been placed on the controversial call.
Touring Yarra Park as part of Friday's Grand Final Parade, Papley spotted a banner captioned "How Sydney make Grand Finals", with an image of the aforementioned contest between him and Moore.
Taking to Instagram, the energetic Swans forward was able to make light of the fans' banner.
Papley is set to hold a crucial part in Sydney's chances for the premiership, having booted 31 goals this year - five of which came during their two finals wins.
The Swans and Cats will do battle at 2:30pm (AEST) at the MCG on Saturday in front of an expected crowd of 100,000 fans.
