West Coast has been battered and bruised this season, finishing last with a record of three wins and 20 losses and a percentage of just 53%. It's been a hard year to watch the Eagles, who suffered multiple 100+ point losses.

But how can the Eagles turn this around and get back to their best? Coming into this off-season with the first pick, you would expect them to come in all guns blazing, but as intentions to rebuild via the draft seem like a promising way to get back on track, they should also look at the players available on the market.

As injuries have slowly become a large problem for West Coast, here are our five trade targets for the Eagles to consider.

2. Tyler Brockman

With Brockman seen likely to be heading back home, the Eagles are believed to be right there to pick him up from the airport. Recent talks between Liam Ryan and Brockman could help secure the potential deal.

26 matches over three years benefit the cause to acquire the services of Brockman. With little play time, he will now be moved into a more prominent role for the Eagles as their intentions to remain young seeming look to continue.

Since not playing in the 2022 season due to injury, and the 11 games he was a part of in 2021, 2023 has easily been his best season with 11.1 disposals, 3.3 marks, and 2.3 tackles per game which has boosted his skillset as a livewire forward. Brockman has also kicked 13 goals from his 15 games this year.

Not to mention he will be under the mentorship of Ryan, so his career could grow further at the Eagles with the guidance.

Another dangerous small forward for the Eagles must just be the key to reigniting the spark that had them as a top side back in 2018.
