North Melbourne young gun Jason Horne-Francis could find himself in MRO trouble after an incident with Giant Josh Kelly on Sunday afternoon.
The young Kangaroo appeared to catch Kelly high with a late swinging arm early in the third term as the Giant disposed of the ball, with Kelly quickly clutching his jaw as he went to ground.
A free kick was paid and Kelly remained on the field after the incident.
The incident comes on an already somber afternoon for the Kangaroos, finding themselves on the back foot from the get go to trail by 47 points at the main break.
“When Kelly grabs his chin I think he’s (Horne-Francis) got a meeting with the MRO of some description,” Fox Footy commentator Gerard Healy said on review of the incident.
The MRO will hand down their verdict on Monday.
