Former Cat, Lion and Kangaroo Josh Walker has found his latest footy home, signing on with Eastern Football Netball League outfit Balwyn for the 2023 season.
The 30-year-old will ply his trade under freshly minted Tigers coach Brenton Sanderson after seeing his 139-game AFL career conclude at the cessation of North Melbourne's most recent campaign.
Sanderson's arrival at Balwyn Reserve came following the departure of former Swans, Dogs and Suns steward Rodney Eade.
Adept at both ends of the ground, Walker will be joined on Cherry Road by another former Roo in Levi Greenwood after the nuggety midfielder put pen to paper with the local powerhouse just prior to Christmas.
Reports of Walker's choice to don the yellow and black next year were first made by CODE Sports' Paul Amy via Twitter.
Another top pick-up for Balwyn in the Eastern league, locking in former AFL Cat, Lion and Kangaroo Josh Walker. Levi Greenwood signed before Christmas. Another good name to come apparently.

Balwyn finished the 2022 season in fourth place before falling to Doncaster East on elimination final day.
